Paradise Rescued is a specialist micro wine business based in Cardan, France and Melbourne, Australia. We produce certified organically grown fine Bordeaux red wine for exclusive export to the USA and Australia.

Our mission is to protect the heritage of the beautiful village of Cardan, France, sustain its rural community and to hand produce high quality organic wines.

Our Cabernet Franc is produced organically. All of our viticulture & wine making processes follow approved and recognised organic methods & standards. Paradise Rescued was  fully certified ‘Organic’ by ECOCERT (Europe) in mid 2016.
