Paradise Rescued vineyards and winery are open for you to visit during the summer and we very much look forward to welcoming you to paradise in Cardan, Bordeaux. Below, we offer you the visit experiences, where you will be personally welcomed and guided by either the patron / owner David Stannard or our vigneron/ cellar manager Mickael Gelder.
As we are a very small team, we ask that you kindly make a reservation so that we can be ready to welcome you to our winery. And that you can enjoy the best experience possible.
During harvest periods, visit times, days and schedules may be altered. There may also be additional experiences on offer – look out for them.
Tasting Visit
Visit our award winning micro winery and taste two of our Bordeaux wines including our signature B1ockOne full varietal Cabernet Franc together with a classical Bordeaux Merlot based blend wine.

The Organic Viticulture seasons
Walk through the organic vineyards of Paradise Rescued and understand the annual vine cycle. Discover close up the four seasons of the viticultural season. See our vision in action moving towards regenerative viticulture, enhancing soil quality and increasing biodiversity. Taste four wines in the award-winning micro winery.

The Paradise of Cardan
A double heritage experience in the village of Cardan. Follow the story, mission, vision and passion to protect the rural viticultural heritage of our village in this one-hectare certified organic vineyard. Walk to the church of St. Saturnin Cardan and see the architecture inside and outside of this 12th century heritage church. Return to the award-winning micro winery and taste 4 wines, served with some simple hors d’oeuvres.

Group visits and tours
We welcome group and tour visits and would love to create an experience for you, your family, your team…. A guided walk through the vineyards, a detailed visit tour church, a Bordeaux Cabernet Franc Master Class, a “day in the green” to create your pictureVision…..
