It’s been amazing watching the Tour de France passing through sunny Bordeaux and the beautiful vines and countryside of the Medoc. Although there is a lot to do, I can’t wait to be back in Cardan – just 6 weeks to go this Monday!
It’s been another busy week. The work, equipment and preparations for the garage winery are starting to move now. Lévêque & Sons, Cadillac are assisting with the vats, other equipment and excellent technical advice, Mr. Gilles Jacquot and his team have started the design work for upgrading the garage.
I am also pleased to report that Madame Carole Benazet of CECAF in Bordeaux has been appointed to help us with our French financial matters and to help in the formation of a limited company in France.
Meanwhile, in the vineyard, Pascale has been busy this week with treatments before and after the rain showers. She continues to report good news.…
