All Paradise Rescued wines are produced organically. That is to say that both the fruit production in the vineyards and wine making follow approved recognised organic methods and standards.
Prior to the purchase of our vineyards in Cardan, Bordeaux where our fruit is grown, organic viticulture was not practised. Since January 2010, we have started a full organic conversion programme under the supervision of CIVAM Agrobio Gironde, the local branch of FNAB, the French National Federation of Organic Producers.
As we are in the middle of the required full three year organic conversion programme, we cannot yet technically call our wines “organic” until 2013.
