Paradise Rescued is a small wine business based in Cardan, France and Melbourne, Australia. Our objective is to produce a high quality French red wine for export and sale into Australia.
Our aims go beyond financial criteria and include the protection of our environment, the safety and health of our team and the well being of the community where we do business. In so doing, we want to maintain and pass on to future generations the beauty of this piece of French paradise.
Paradise Rescued is based in the beautiful village of Cardan, with some 350 people, located some 35km SE from Bordeaux on the low hills of the right northerly bank of the River Garonne.
Cloud9 is our first wine - a 100% varietal, organically produced, Cabernet Franc. The wine has recently arrived from Bordeaux, France and will be available for sale in early May.
