We receive three formal visits and reports per season from Albane Bervas, our organic viticultural adviser from CIVAM Bio Gironde. The health of the vines is evident from the photos. Her final summary reads “Overall the vineyard is going well. Carry on!” In talking with Albane, the biggest challenge in 2010, after a cool spring, will be to get the grapes to ripen.
