The winery fitting out continues to progress towards a successful completion mid next week. Thank you Gilles Jacquot, our Project Manager at Le Temps des Travaux for your persistence and determination. The walls are now plastered, the doors are in place and the final cable installation will take place on Wednesday together with the delivery of all the winery equipment. Paradise Rescued will be an operational winery by the end of the week. And the harvest is scheduled for Saturday 2nd October! Pascale is building her team for the important day.
The fruit has ripened rapidly over the last ten days with the good weather that continued until the cold showery change on Thursday. Next week the forecast is fair for the start of the week and more challenging for the final two days before the harvest. Cross your fingers!!!
